Baroque Residential Development project is awarded by Egypt’s Ministry of Housing and is a state-of-the art project of residential buildings that blends different architectural styles of old France.
The project comprises of 75 fully ï¬nished buildings distributed over 19 clusters. The buildings consist of 2 basements, ground floor, with different heights varying from 6 to 9 typical floors in addition to adjacent service areas.
ASGC scope of work includes construction of 75 residential buildings along with infrastructure and surrounding service buildings.
