The Palace

The Palace project is situated in the Dubai Creek Harbour district, comprising an elegant boutique hotel along with the branded residences on the promenade, providing an unrestricted view of the Dubai Creek Tower. It is situated approximately 2.5 kms away from the lapse of nature, the mangroves of the Ras Al Khor bird sanctuary and has an easy access to the main hubs of Dubai.

The total development includes a Podium floor of the Hotel and Residential amenities, Food & Beverage (F&B) with Retail, one Hotel Tower of G+9 and one Residential Tower of G+45 as well as associated parking facilities.

ASGC has been awarded the contract for the Palace Hotel by The Lagoons and the scope of work includes main contract works with associated infrastructure and landscaping works.
