Description: Produces Structural Steel.
Designs, fabricates, and erects a range of steel products for commercial buildings, oil and gas projects, office and residential complexes.

Location: Dubai Industrial City, UAE​

Capacity: A fully covered and insulated area over 100,000 square-meters, which makes ASSENT able to produce a massive volume of steel buildings, ranging from 100,000 to 120,000 ton per year.
This plant is most advanced and equipped with the latest technology of CNC, blasting and other types of equipment to ensure the quality, speed of production accuracy and proper tracking.
The entire pre-blasting process before fabrication is fully automated and controlled automatically, in order to maintain a healthy environment and a high-quality finished product handled inside the factory under covered roof. More importantly, ASSENT is the only one in the market which creates this process of pre-blasting. Thereafter, we again post-blast our steel items before they reach to the painting stage after fabrication.​
It is not only the Production capacity of the factory, but also all the Engineering, Painting, Shipping, Quality Control and Construction are carried out by our own staff and labour.
ASSENT's products and services are available for all types of steel projects: from high-rise towers to sheds from oil and gas projects to large-scale commercial buildings from hangers to showrooms and moreover all types of pre-fabricated residential houses, office complexes and labour camps. ​
ASSENT's Quality Control and Assurance programs comply with the International Standards, which closely governs all Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction standards. We also apply strict Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to safeguard the protection of all employees and subcontractors. We always work with the aim of having zero-accident environment.​

Capacity: Operating on the latest CNC machines for making high volume doors, frames, architraves, wardrobes, joinery works, vanities and kitchens, Al Shafar Interiors is a state of art woodworking factory located in Dubai Investment Park. Operating under the latest technology, the factory's software provides its technical department the necessary expertise to produce designs for efficient and proper functioning of the factory along with supporting the company's interior designing section.​

Annual Production: The annual production will vary. Able to deliver thousands of wooden doors, frames, architraves, wardrobes, joinery works, vanities and kitchens, on monthly basis.
